Disney Tip Tuesday
The TOP 5 Lunch spots in DisneyWorld!
Menu links for each are shown too! As always, be sure to make advance reservations prior to your trip within 90 days!
#5 Beaches and Cream - This very cute and SMALL place is located at the Beach Club Resort. We went back in 2003 and loved it but it is so busy and hard to get into for a seating. They do have hamburgers, etc but they are known for their ice cream! The one you would have to try is the Kitchen Sink - Eight Scoops of Ice Cream served with all the Toppings in the house and a whole can of Whipped Cream $21.99 and can be shared if you like!http://allears.net/menu/menu_bc.htm
#4 ESPN Club - This is a great last minute place to go eat at if you do not mind a little wait. It is your average sports bar with wings, beer, fries and large flat screen TV showing all kinds of sports and sports news. It is located at the end of the Boardwalk near Epcot. http://allears.net/menu/men_espn.htm
#3 Whispering Canyon Cafe - This great dining place is located in the Wilderness Lodge. We loved it so much, we ate there TWICE in one week! The girls loved it because it is kid friendly and fun! You get bandanas and your server makes them into something special for you. Watch out, those servers are quite the jokers! The food is par but the friendly family fun is outstanding! http://allears.net/menu/menu_wcl.htm
#2 The Grand Floridian Cafe - This was a new adventure for us on our last trip and surprise...it is so great! Not crowded at all for lunch (I think there was maybe 10 other people in there besides our group of 10) Food was very good and good variety for all. Waiters were excellent! We went to MK that day and left the park to go there for lunch and back to MK after. Monorail made it so easy! http://allears.net/menu/men_gfcl.htm
#1 Sci - Fi Diner - This super place is located in Disney's Hollywood Studios Park. I love the atmosphere of this classic drive in theater but done indoors. You are seated in cars! (Warning: you will be facing the large movie screen and not each other) The movies are those old sci fi movie clips from the 50-60s. I highly recommend the Beef and Blue Salad. It is so yummy! http://allears.net/menu/menu_sci.htm
Thanks for checking out our Disney Top 5 today!
