I have two daughters so having girly cards are easy to come by around this house. A boy's birthday card is rarely seen unless of course it is one of my 3 nephews' birthdays. But I saw this card in the new catalog on page 76 and knew I had to make it. I changed up the colors to my liking.
Colors are Not Quite Navy, Old Olive, Tangerine Tango, Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight. I stamped the rocket in Staz On black and then watercolored with classic ink and the aqua painters. Looking at it now, I should have sponged the edges of the moon and gave the stars some white gel pen highlights.
