Fancy Friday - Color Refresh

Welcome back to the Fancy Friday Blog Hop!
My fancy friends and I are back together again!!! We loved working with each other so much that we decided to continue on with a blog hop to inspire you in fun new ways each month! These are a group of past and current Stamping' UP Artisans that have become fast friends thru the amazing Artisan journey. Glad to have you here! We have 14 of us (some fresh NEW faces too) this month so don't miss a one!

Each month on the last Friday, we will bring to you new challenges of all kinds! (color, sketch, stamp focus, etc) This month's challenge is to use NEW or RETURNING color favorites from the Color Fresh. Look at all those yummy colors!
I decided to use quite a few new (and favorite) ones
mixed with a returning one and staying strong classic one.
I could not help myself!
I have been wanting a good reason to pull out the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set and coordinating Bouquet Bunch Framelits Dies as well as the new Highland Heather color. All those colors and flowers are the perfect mix for this challenge.
Couple of things on this card to note:
I used two pieces of the Gray Granite cardstock embossed with the Occasions carryover Petal Pair Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Adds an unusual layering idea. I added a watercolor wash of Highland Heather on the piece of Shimmery White. That color is so pretty and soft. I used the always unused very light birch wood pattern from the Wood Textures DSP stack. Go figure? Use it people, you will thank me later.
Thanks for stopping by my post for the Fancy Friday blog hop!

Inspire. Create. Share. That's what I love to do.
