Hello friends and welcome to The Crafty Carrot Collective Blog Hop! We are Stampin' UP! demonstrators and Artisans from all over the world that got together to form this interactive program where you can learn and participate with us each month!
Let us get right to this month's Crafty Carrot Co blog hop where we share some projects featuring the P.S. You're the Best Stamp set for our January 2019 interactive rewards program. Too early to start thinking about 2019? No worries, sign up anytime in next two months but be sure it's before 12-31-18!
I wanted to show you how you can use a mixture of retired (rebel idea, right?) and current products to create a card but also show it used in an out of the box idea. Did you get the theme? Teachers are so important in our children's lives and they work very hard for little credit.
Why not show them a little appreciation anytime of the year?!
Here are some detailed tips on how to make the card yourself:
I used the plaid pattern from the Festive Farmhouse DSP.
I ran Old Olive cardstock with the Subtle DTIEF and then hand cut out leaves.
The apple are from a retired punch called Tree Builder Punch and I just colored the stems with Early Espresso Marker on Cherry Cobbler cardstock.
I stamped the typewriter on a post it note and used it as a mask to sponge on the Crumb Cake Ink for the ground.
