Celebrate Everyday - Stampin' UP Artisan Blog Hop

Welcome back to the Stampin' UP Artisan Design Team Blog Hop!

We are just starting on our July 2015 box from Stampin' UP.
This box was FULL of more BRAND NEW products
from the Stampin' UP 2015-2016 Annual Catalog!!!!! We are going to do a little peak into 5 of the 10 occasion sections from the NEW catalog this month! So you do not want to miss any of the projects this week! We are showcasing the "Everyday" section on page 73-110. Remember that every Thursday of each week, all 16 of us from all over the world will post on our blogs an inspiring project for you! Be sure to get Google Translate so that you can read in your language all about how they created their projects too.

Speaking of all 16 of us....this is our last post as a complete 16. Usually the next Artisan Design Team would be selected and our term would be over but with the next Artisan Design Team not being announced until this November, this team was given the option to continue thru October. Lisa Harlow and Vicky Hayes made the hard and difficult decision to not continue on. Please be sure to leave them some love and congrats for their creativity for the past year. We will surely miss them both!

Now on to my 5th project for July....
This week we were to use the Bold Butterfly Framelits and the Watercolor Wings Stamp Set. I could have gone wild and used each stamp image but I choose to stick to the single large butterfly images. A tip I got from Erica Cerwin on this stamp and framelits was to stamp the body after you cut it with the framelit. Because it it a photopolymer clear stamp then it is easy to line up. I still had the Tag a Bag Accessory Pack (paper doilies, linen thread and tags) from last week on my work space, so I used it again. I love using up all of supplies in the kits! I punched another hole on the other end of tag using another one for a guide and a 1/4" circle punch. I took the new Kraft Tag a Bag Gift Bags and embossed them with the Fluttering Textured Impressions Embossing Folder thru my Big Shot. Then I just cut the bag and made two layers for my cards. I roughed them up on the edges a little. Then I took one whole Kraft Gift Bag and just added the embellished tag to the bag.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope this inspires you!
