Fancy Friday - A Blue Christmas

Welcome back to the Fancy Friday Blog Hop!
My fancy friends and I loved working with each other on the Artisan Design Teams so much that we decided to continue on with a blog hop to inspire you in fun new ways each month! These are a group of past and current Stamping' UP Artisans that have become fast friends thru the amazing Artisan journey.
Glad to have you here! We have 10 of us this time so don't miss a one!

Each month on the last Friday (this month is one week early), we will bring to you new challenges of all kinds! (color, sketch, stamp focus, etc) This month's challenge we were inspired by a "Blue Christmas" theme.
I was so excited to finally use some of my favorite products from the Holiday Catalog! The Still Scenes stamp set and Snow Globe Scenes Dies were some of my favorite samples that I created. Endless possibilities and those dies are a must have! I opted to mix other sentiments from the Memories of Home Stamp set for my card. I love the font and the words work perfectly with the Still Scenes Bundle. Of course, the Feels like Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper has those beautiful scenery photographic images in the blue tones to make a background to the die cut scene complete. I could have done so many more cards like these with this simple layout too.

Tips and Techniques:
You don't have to use the Snow Globe Shaker Domes with this bundle at all.
Add Snowfall Accents Puff Paint to the mound from the dies.
Stamp the house image in Night of Navy and then move the color with the Blender Pen.
Add dimensional behind the Vellum globe dome to add depth on card.
Mix your stamp sets! I added the sentiments from the Memories of Home Stamp Set.

My color combination is:
Seaside Spray, Night of Navy, Early Espresso, Gray Granite and Whisper White.

Hope you like my card for Fancy Friday this month!

Inspire. Create. Share. That's what I love to do.
