I need quick and easy birthday cards and this stamp set is "perfect" for them! But the in-colors are EXTRA bright together so I wanted to make them a little less bright.
I created a wash of the 3 colors, Grapefruit Grove, Call Me Clover and Blueberry Bushel on Shimmery White Cardstock first. To get the cardstock wet, I spritzed with water in my Stampin Spritzer and then added ink color with my Aqua Painter.
To get the lighter tones in the candles, just stamp off the block candle image and then stamp. I ran the piece thru my Big Shot with the Stitched Shapes Framelits and trimmed off the sides of the square shape.
Super simple and you can knock several of these out in no time!
You really can created an assortment of cards with these fun and bright In-Colors!
Which one is your favorite?
