Stamp sets: Full Calendar, Lovely as a Tree and Mini 2009 set that I have forgotten. Crap!
Hopefully I will have the very simple tutorial for you tomorrow! Gotta finish it up.

I have that same fall set too! It's also one of my favorites. Are these plates you would put under a glass plate?
